Form Meets Function

For decades, toilet paper was something to conceal. Toilètte is the first designed to be seen. Each roll arrives individually wrapped, minimal by design, and made to live on the counter rather than under the sink.

100% Bamboo, for Obvious Reasons.

Grows back in days, not decades. No replanting, no pesticides, ten times more fiber per acre than trees. The industry had access to this material the whole time. They just chose trees anyway.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our toilet paper is made from 100% FSC® Certified Bamboo. A gentler option for the planet. It's lab-tested and certified free of PFAS, formaldehyde, and elemental chlorine. A toxin-free option, thoughtfully made without harmful forever chemicals.

Yes! Our toilet paper has been tested for disintegration and is well suited to both septic and sewer systems.

Our white paper is bleached using a elemental chlorine-free process (ECF), and is generally considered one of the most environmentally safe ways to bleach paper. Modern ECF bleaching provides pulp with similar or even lower environmental impacts than TCF (Totally Chlorine Free) processes, according to the Alliance for Environmental Technology. The remaining chlorine-containing organic substances resulting from ECF bleaching are similar to substances found in nature, degrade naturally and do not persist in the environment.

Yes, Toilètte is lab-tested and 100% free of formaldehyde, fragrances, and PFAS. No harmful chemicals here.

Our paper wraps are made from FSC-certified paper and printed with soy-based inks. Cartons are crafted from recycled paper and printed the same way. All packaging is fully recyclable and compostable.

3-ply. 370 sheets. Toilètte lasts:

  • 19% longer than Cottonelle
  • 42% longer than Charmin Ultra
  • 85% longer than Plant Paper

Toilètte's bamboo is sourced from the Sichuan region of China, where it grows abundantly on small-scale, rural farms without the use of chemicals. Our partnerships support local cooperatives, and every harvest is FSC-certified to ensure responsible, sustainable practices.

What makes Toilètte carbon negative starts in the grove. Bamboo absorbs CO₂ continuously as it grows — and unlike trees, harvesting doesn't stop that process. It accelerates it. When a bamboo stalk is cut, the root system responds by sending up new shoots, pulling more carbon from the atmosphere with every cycle. The grove is always growing, always absorbing. Combined with zero pesticide use, FSC-certified harvesting practices, and ocean freight shipping, the full lifecycle of every Toilètte roll removes more carbon than it produces.

Toilètte ships via ocean freight, one of the most carbon-efficient modes of transport available and up to ten times cleaner than road shipping. Our rolls are thoughtfully engineered: extra-long at 370 sheets, with a narrow core designed to reduce both volume and shipping emissions.

Conventional toilet paper relies heavily on the Boreal Forest, a critical carbon sink that stores vast amounts of atmospheric CO₂. Every tree lost to traditional production accelerates that loss. Bamboo works differently. It grows up to three feet per day, absorbs carbon faster than trees, regenerates without replanting, and requires no pesticides.

Preserving the Boreal is not a preference. It's a responsibility. Choosing bamboo is one of the simplest, most powerful shifts we can make for the future of our atmosphere.

Conventional "tree toilet paper" contributes to the degradation of the Boreal Forest—one of the planet’s most vital carbon sinks. Preserving it isn’t optional; it’s essential. We choose bamboo because it grows faster, uses less water, and produces more oxygen than trees. In fact, bamboo yields up to 10x more fiber per acre without the devastating environmental cost.

Even with ocean freight factored in, Toilètte remains carbon negative three times over compared to tree-based alternatives. And thanks to innovations in our manufacturing process, choosing bamboo no longer means compromising on softness. With Toilètte, you get sustainability and superior comfort.

We've spent years refining every detail. From density and ply to composition and feel. We've worked closely with manufacturing partners to create a roll with exceptional strength and softness, using only what’s essential. The result is a bamboo paper that’s stronger and softer than anything we’ve tested.
