Shipping is always free on all subscription orders. There is a small fee for one-time purchases – estimated at checkout. Most deliveries arrive within 2–4 business days.

The Washroom LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or defective. If you experience an issue, please contact us at support@toilette.us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos if applicable.
